When you make art you are not alone there are always others there in your head influences, restrictions, constraints, curators, audiences, partners, family etc. You need to forget them and make the work you want to make people understand that and can relate to it.

My work uses sonic recordings and episodes of moving image to construct short sound pieces and silent films which are site-specific, and within which water is a carrier of meaning. My raw material is the vast range of aquatic sounds and images in the natural and man-made worlds.
